Haven't posted for a while - been busy as usual. Been feeling like crap today, probably because I ate too many sweets on the weekend. When your body is used to eating healthy and you go and shove crap in it, you can be pretty sure you will feel like crap for a couple days. Its just not worth it sometimes! Of course the gravitational pull towards the dessert buffet won the argument inside my head. Well, back to working it off. Yesterday, I did the 1000 steps at Ferntree Gully with a client and also did a lot of bouncing on a jumping castle at my nephews birthday party - are those things meant for adults? Who cares - it was fun. Afterwards we played (and lost) netball and I played centre so got some good cardio in there too. Today I did my cardio and weights at the gym and tonight I took two clients out for a session at the park in which I joined them for all the stuff they did. Next week they want to do a double session - two hours! Didn't I kill them enough? Oh well, the more cardio I can get in the better. I can still lose four kilos by Xmas if I'm really good.

Today I ran like I've never run before! Only because I was being chased by a dog though - you think you're going as fast as you can but adrenalin kicks in and you run for your life. I decided to go for a run after I trained my client at 7am. I do this run in Doncaster which is a mix of steep hills and smaller ones and a couple flats in between. It normally takes 46 minutes to do the whole thing but today I saw this dog come out of a driveway heading straight towards me. (Needless to say I'm definately not a dog person - big, small, whatever, I just dont like them) Something just clicked inside and although I was puffing hard from just completing my second hill I just put it in first gear and sprinted as fast as I could (thankyou HIIT treadmill sprints). The damn dog just kept coming! After a while it must have gotten tired or bored coz I looked back and saw it whimpering away. I barely finished the rest of the run and checked my watch - I had cut the time down by 6 mins! I doubt I'll be able to match that again but I'm spewing I didnt have my heart rate monitor on!
Oh well, the weeks almost over but I have the group session tomorrow and I think it will be five women plus me so I have to be real organised. Last time I had so much stuff I needed help to get it from the carpark. I need to buy one more set of boxing mitts and pads coz I only have two sets and also another set of dumbells so I have five. Weather will hopefully be good - it better be after the week we've had. Training OK and food better this week so fingers crossed for at least four kilos gone by Xmas. Need to fit in more cardio - I skipped a couple sessions this week but will make it up on the weekend. I'll probably play centre at netball on sunday to get a better cardio workout. Oh, that reminds me! Just heard that that rough team I always go on about has been banned from playing in our competition again! That's so funny! The indoor sports place received a lot of complaints from other teams and players- promise it wasnt me! Suffer!

ONLY SIX WEEKS TO GO! Till Christmas that is. Cant believe how fast this year has gone! Have to get really serious now about training and eating if I want five kilos gone by then. Its really weird but my whole body feels different and my belly isnt bloated like it used to be but I weigh heavier than before! I told you I hate scales.
It's really busy at work now so not much rest for me until Xmas. I'm working every night this week and three mornings as well. I have to work at the office on two days also. In between I have to fit in all my own training and all the cooking/cleaning/washing - it never ends. Hopefully I can find time to play with my daughter somewhere. Only six weeks, only six weeks. I have to keep chanting so I can push through.
Had the group session on Saturday - went really well, I was so organised which is good for me. Only had three but it was good because I got a workout too. The girls were really nice too. Next week it will be five people. The weather was really nice too.
Netball yesterday went well. Of course we lost again but this team was really nice and even cheered when we got our measly two goals in. God we're crap! I played centre and got a good workout - its just like HIIT because you are doing sprints and then jogs and then sprints again. I think I will play that every week from now on. GD is good too.
Have to run now, need to go to post office and also organise super transfers and then work.

Why cant we have more horse race holidays? Having Tuesday off was the most welcome break in ages. I've been flat out this week as usual and I have started with my new client 2 days a week at 7am so that just makes the day even longer considering I dont finish till 9pm some days. She's enjoying it though and I'm enjoying the fact that she's been really sore! LOL
Netball was good - I gang tackled as many people as I could and I ripped one guys shirt! Are we talking about netball I hear you ask - the one that's meant to be played as a NON-CONTACT sport? Yes, we are talking about the same game but this team had it coming from ages ago. There were so many rule violations that the umpires didnt know where to look. These guys are really bad, they play dirty and they make gestures towards us (meaning they want to take it outside after the game and bash us). They are so immature and one incorrect ruling sends them ballistic! I had to remind them several times that ITS ONLY A GAME! Luckily I only came away with some bruised ribs this time but it was my own teammate who landed on me.
Much less bloated this week. TTOM is finished and I have stayed away from wheat so that's helped too. Scale weight still the same but those things are evil! Tummy looks much flatter so I'm happy for now. Must kick into first gear now though - Xmas is just around the corner.
Had yet another new client last night at the studio. My god I dont think I can do much more! I told my boss to stop sending people my way unless he wants me to move my bed into the studio. I'm away from home enough as it is and I'm missing my baby heaps(my three year old). Hang in there - only 6 or 7 more weeks till holidays! At least the client seemed like a really lovely lady who genuinely wanted my help. There's nothing worse than someone who is constantly complaining when they're not willing to do the hard work. Now I'm the one complaining!
Group session tomorrow - I have it all planned out so hopefully they have fun and get a great workout. Also, I have ordered some great t-shirts from www.lazybonesfitness.com so I cant wait to get them in the post. (thanks to Kerryn for that link) Wow, what a mammoth post that was! Must run now!

Havent posted for a while - been so busy. I've been working all week and tonight I had 5 X 1 hour sessions in a row! No break and no food either! I can tell you I was absolutely starving by the time I got home (9.30pm). Food has been good today and for the past couple days. I cant say the weekend was the best though. I have started hubby on a gluten free and dairy free diet and he is already feeling less bloated and much better overall. I might join him soon. I cant say I eat much wheat anyway but I do drink skinny milk so that will have to go. Soy milk doesnt taste as bad as I remember it years ago and yesterday I found the most delicious soy choc icecream as an OCCASIONAL treat.
Have organised the outdoor group sessions and they will start on Tues 14th Nov. They will run for six weeks and finish just before Xmas. I really need to organise some more stuff before then and I have just won 4 yoga mats on ebay which I will use so people dont have to put their towels on the ground. After my outdoor session with Kerryn today ( which it didnt stop raining-lucky we were undercover) I went driving around trying to find a good local park to run the sessions. Saw a few but I have one in mind which has stairs which is good.
Am getting a new spin bike on SUnday, a client of mine is giving it away because she cant stand it in her living room anymore. She finally agreed to accept $50 for it. Sunday is also the netball match in which we play the pink team from a few weeks ago. Remember I got a black eye and two bruised knees and not even one apology! That bimbo is going down! I remember who she is and she is a really rough and dirty player - the whole bloody team was! I can play rough too when I have to. Maybe I will get them back or maybe I will end up with two black eyes instead of one!
Tomorrow is another full day, I have a new client in the morning and two more in the late afternoon. In between I have to fit in my own training and also do the weeks payroll at my other job. At least I have Monday and Tuesday off apart from one outdoor session on Monday.
